1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "gbajbb", "we", "us", "our" refers to the gbajbb platform and its operating entity, which provides online casino and sports betting services at gbajbb.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gbajbb platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the gbajbb website accessible at gbajbb.net, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, and services offered therein.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered player account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any active bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the gbajbb Platform, including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and gbajbb with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties, whether oral or written.

3. Eligibility

Use of the gbajbb Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gbajbb strictly prohibits the use of its services by individuals under the age of 18. If gbajbb has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and all funds pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the gbajbb Platform or any associated responsible gaming register.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of gbajbb or any of its affiliated game or technology providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

gbajbb reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered Account on the gbajbb Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gbajbb reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Any deliberate misrepresentation of personal details will be treated as fraud and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and withdrawal PIN. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gbajbb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to the gbajbb support team immediately via live chat.

4.4 KYC Verification

gbajbb may at any time require a player to complete identity verification procedures. Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to, a government-issued national identity card, passport, driving licence, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and verification of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gbajbb currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gbajbb does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction. gbajbb reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with notice provided on the Platform.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's Account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours. Withdrawals are typically processed within one to six hours for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on the Account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. gbajbb does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Any bonus funds credited to an Account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.5 Transaction Fees

gbajbb does not charge players any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, fees levied by the payment provider (e.g., mobile wallet operators or banks) are the responsibility of the player and will be deducted by the payment provider before the transaction reaches gbajbb or the player's wallet.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by gbajbb are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published on the individual promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms on a promotion page, the specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount on eligible games before any winnings derived from bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, progressive jackpot slots, and certain table game variants — may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, to wagering requirement fulfilment. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

gbajbb operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer, using betting patterns designed to hedge bonus wagering requirements (e.g., placing opposing bets across multiple accounts), and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, gbajbb reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the relevant account, and recover any funds withdrawn in connection with the abusive activity.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been used within the time period specified on the promotion page will expire and be removed from the Account balance without notice. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of applicable expiry dates.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the gbajbb Platform are subject to the specific game rules published within each game or betting market. In addition, the following general rules apply to all bets:

• Once a bet has been confirmed by the player and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled except as expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• gbajbb reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including obvious pricing errors where the offered odds bear no reasonable relationship to the true probability of the outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting session, gbajbb will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of play from server logs and settle the affected bet accordingly. Where the state of play cannot be reliably determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game, as displayed on the relevant game interface or betting page.
• gbajbb does not accept liability for bets that were placed in error by the player, including double-clicks, mistyped amounts, or accidental confirmation. Players should review their bet slip or game stake carefully before confirming.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gbajbb Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems to place bets or claim winnings that would not otherwise be available.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or the placement of bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of payment transactions after funds have been received and used on the Platform.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity documentation during the KYC process.

Where gbajbb identifies or has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all pending and settled bets, withhold all funds pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gbajbb Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of gbajbb or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, adapted, displayed, performed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of gbajbb.

The gbajbb brand name and logo are proprietary marks. No licence to use these marks is granted by virtue of a player's registration or use of the Platform.

10. Privacy and Data

gbajbb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. gbajbb uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. Player data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by the Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the gbajbb support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, gbajbb will process any pending withdrawal of the available real-money balance to a verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Any unexpired bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by gbajbb

gbajbb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: a player has breached these Terms & Conditions; a player has engaged in prohibited conduct; a player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or gbajbb is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority. In circumstances of suspected fraud or money laundering, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period via the Account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is available for periods of one month, three months, six months, twelve months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be permitted to access their Account, and gbajbb will take reasonable steps to prevent the opening of new accounts by the same individual. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbajbb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if gbajbb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gbajbb's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the balance held in the player's Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

gbajbb does not guarantee that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. gbajbb accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from such unavailability.

13. Responsible Gaming

gbajbb is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the net amount you can lose.

14. Amendments to These Terms

gbajbb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The amended Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and gbajbb arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication in the first instance.

Disputes regarding the outcome of a specific bet or game round must be submitted to the gbajbb support team within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. gbajbb will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt.
